The SOF gives a description of the origin and the means of transfer for funds that are accepted for the account opening and the source of the funds that are expected to be received in the account. Please note that a SOF needs to be completed and signed for each separate account if the customer has multiple accounts with the Bank. The following are specific instructions for completion of certain matters on the SOF form (and other than the subjects that are self-explanatory):
