Personal and Non-Personal Account Administration Fees

Please find below a listing of our fees and service charges for personal accounts, business accounts, and in-branch transactions. Please note that these fees may impact your account(s).

As a special reminder, please note that many of our Bank transactions are offered free of charge or at a lower fee via our MCB Online Banking and MCB Mobile Banking Services, Bankomatiko (ATM’s).

Please note: 65+ Resident Pension Current Accounts** (Resident Pension Accounts for individuals aged 65 and over) and Student Accounts are exempt from the above monthly administration fees of XCG 5,30 (incl. ob).

**65+ Resident Pension Current Account – Fee Waiver Criteria:

• Accountholder must be 65 years or older;
• Applicable for one (1) current account per accountholder;
• Client must apply and qualify for the fee exemption.

For Joint Accounts:

• • Both accountholders must be 65 years or older and at least one accountholder must be receiving a pension into this account;
  • The request will be reviewed for qualification.
  • If qualified, the monthly administration fee will be waived as per the end of the month following the application.

Pa ‘Joint Account’ Kuentanan Konhunto (ku mas ku 1 persona riba e kuenta):

• Tur dos persona registrá riba e kuenta aki mester tin 65 aña òf mas i por lo menos un (1) di e personanan ku ta riba e kuenta mester ta risibí su penshun riba e kuenta aki;

• Banko ta revisá si e petishon pa e kuenta ta kualifiká pa eksonerashon di gastu atministrativo mensual;

• Si e kuenta di e kliente ta kualifiká, e gastu atministrativo mensual lo keda eksonerá entrante fin di e luna ku e aplikashon a wordu entregá.

*Kosten worden in rekening gebracht op ALLE rekeningen, ongeacht het saldo.

Belangrijk: 65+ Ingezetene Pensioen Lopende Rekening** en Studentenrekeningen zijn vrijgesteld van de bovenstaande maandelijkse administratiekosten van XCG 5,30 (incl. ob)..

**65+ Ingezetene Pensioen Lopende Rekening – Criteria voor vrijstelling van maandelijkse administratiekosten:

• De rekeninghouder moet 65 jaar of ouder zijn;
• Van toepassing op één (1) lopende rekening per rekeninghouder;
• De cliënt moet een aanvraag indienen en in aanmerking komen voor de vrijstelling;

Voor gezamenlijke rekeningen:

• Beide rekeninghouders moeten 65 jaar of ouder zijn én minstens één van hen moet een pensioen ontvangen op deze rekening;
• De aanvraag wordt beoordeeld op geschiktheid;
• Indien goedgekeurd, worden de maandelijkse administratiekosten kwijtgescholden met ingang van het einde van de maand volgend op de aanvraag.

*Debit balances resulting from honored non-sufficient fund transactions are not regarded as “authorized” by the Bank.

* Please be informed that the Bank's system will automatically convert the status of current accounts that have been inactive for 365 days, 720 for savings accounts to "dormant".
